TGF./BMP信号通路PCR芯片PCR芯片可用于研究TGF./BMP介导的信号转导相关的84个基因的表达,同时测定实验组样本中TGF信号通路活性是被激活,抑制还是没有变化。该芯片涵盖了TGF.超级家族的细胞因子和受体。SMAD和SMAD靶标基因,关联基因包括粘连因子、胞外信号分子以及转录因子都包含其中。一些下游细胞活动和发育过程相关的基因也包含其中。该芯片同时包含了16个通过实验验证得到的显著标志基因,通过分级运算程序可计算得到活性分值。每块芯片上都设定了一组对照通过ΔΔCT方法分别对反转效率,基因组DNA含量和PCR效率进行评估。通过实时定量PCR,使用者通过实时定量PCR,使用者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地测定TGF信号通路活性并同时检测
TGF./BMP介导的信号转导相关基因的表达。
