人乳腺癌miRNAPCR芯片用于分析乳腺癌发生或发展过程中已知或预测发生表达变异的84 miRNA的表达。这个芯片为癌症研究人员提供了一个方便的方法来快速分析乳腺肿瘤发生最相关的miRNA。乳腺癌是一种异质性疾病,包括多个种类。并不是所有的乳腺肿瘤都表达雌激素受体,需要通过选择性雌激素受体调节剂(SERMs)治疗。此外,一些乳腺癌的进程在化疗治疗中对某些药物产生耐药性。致癌机制的研究经确定了特异表达的基因,由于体细胞突变发生功能缺陷,或由于表观遗传变异基因表达改变。miRNA在表观遗传学上调节mRNA,因此miRNA的失调会影响靶mRNA的表达。miRNA表达芯片分析已被发现的乳腺癌肿瘤形成的潜在生物标记和跟进功能研究的许多结果中的miRNA。这个芯片包括雌激素受体-应答中特异表达或对乳腺肿瘤耐药的miRNA。包括功能已知以及通过miRNA芯片研究或已知乳腺癌生物调节剂推测涉及乳腺癌的miRNA。分析结果将助于了解乳腺癌病理背后的分子机制。每张芯片含一个对照组使得分析数据时可以用相对定量ΔΔCT方法评估逆转录效率,基因组DNA污染,PCR效率。利用这张芯片,通过实时定量PCR,可以简易且可靠地分析乳腺癌关键miRNA的表达。
