前列腺癌miRNAPCR芯片用于研究在前列腺癌进程和发育中差异表达的84 miRNA的表达。这个芯片为癌症研究人员提供了一个方便快速的方法来分析前列腺癌最相关的miRNA。作为腺癌,前列腺癌来源于前列腺细胞。大多数前列腺癌生长缓慢,且应达雄激素阻断疗法(androgen-dependentAD)

然而,这样的肿瘤治疗最终成为难治的手段,且发展成雄激素依赖性 (castration-resistant)前列腺癌。周围神经的入侵,癌细胞粘附和环绕神经,是前列腺癌局部浸润的主要方法, 前列腺外的扩散和转移。这些过程的分子机制并不清楚,但各种前列腺活检发现miRNA的异常调节,表明miRNA与致癌作用的进程相关. 这个芯片包含发挥不同调控的miRNA,基于芯片,实时定量PCR、表达模式和深度测序,涉及广泛的前列腺癌临床样品和细胞系。这个芯片的分析结果助于了解前列腺癌发病的分子机制。利用这个芯片,通过实时定量PCR,可以简易且可靠地分析前列腺癌相关miRNA的表达。
