神经形成PCR芯片可用于研究与神经形成和神经干细胞分化相关的84个关键基因的表达。该芯片包含调控神经形成的基因包括细胞周期,细胞增殖,分化,迁移和运动相关的基因。此外,芯片上还有何神经干细胞相关的生长因子和细胞因子,神经突触功能,细胞凋亡,细胞黏附,神经形成的细胞信号以及转录调控相关的基因。利用实时定量PCR,研究者可以方便并且可信地对与神经形成和神经干细胞分化相关的基因进行同时检测。
