先天免疫与适应性免疫PCR芯片可检测细菌感染和坏血症引起的宿主反应相关的84个基因。芯片包含IL-1R与Toll-like Receptor(TLR)信号通路相关的基因,如检测病原体的IL-1R和TLR基因。芯片也包含了与抗菌宿主防御相关的基因,如监测细菌急性期反应、补体激活、炎症反应和抗菌体液反应等相关基因。另外,还包括了先天免疫应答和感染性休克相关的基因。通过实时定量PCR的方法,研究者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地同时检测先天免疫和适应性免疫应答相关的基因表达。
