胰岛素信号通路PCR芯片可检测与胰岛素反应有关的84个基因。芯片包含了与胰岛素受体有关的基因和胰岛素信号通路的靶基因,碳水化合物、脂类、蛋白代谢有关的基因和相关的生物学反应有关的基因也包括在内。此外,芯片还包含PI3K和MAPK信号通路的成员。通过实时定量PCR的方法,研究者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地同时检测胰岛素反应相关的基因表达。
